When you visit a verification link at certifyreviews.com/verify/[token], the page confirms that a review request SMS was sent to a customer by a business using an authorised partner platform, and the approximate date it was sent.
Verification does not mean:
- That the review itself is genuine or has been verified
- That the business has been vetted, endorsed, or recommended by CertifyReviews.com
- That the customer who received the SMS left a review
We are a process verification service only. We verify that a genuine request was sent — nothing more.
3. For Businesses
If you are a business using an authorised partner platform (such as DriveMoreReviews.com), your review request data is used to generate verification tokens that appear on this site. Your use of those partner platforms is governed by their own terms of service.
4. Limitation of Liability
CertifyReviews.com provides verification information on an “as is” basis. W W Media accepts no liability for decisions made based on verification status displayed on this site, including but not limited to decisions to leave, trust, or act upon a review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, W W Media's total liability for any claim arising from your use of CertifyReviews.com shall not exceed £0, as this is a free public service with no paid relationship between CertifyReviews.com and its visitors.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
