2. What this site does
CertifyReviews provides independent, publicly accessible verification that a review request was sent to a genuine customer via an authorised partner platform. Visitors use this site to check whether a specific review request is verified, pending, expired, or not found.
This site does not collect names, email addresses, or payment details from visitors. No account creation or login is required to verify a review.
3. What data we process
When you visit a verification page (e.g. certifyreviews.com/verify/[token]), the verification token from the URL is used to look up the corresponding review request status from our database. This is the only data processed during a verification lookup.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored by certifyreviews.com directly. The underlying verification status is accessed read-only from our secure database solely to display whether a request was sent.

- Any data beyond the verification token required to display a review request status
The only data CertifyReviews processes is the verification token present in the URL when you visit a verification page. This token is used solely to look up and display whether a review request was sent. No other data is stored or retained by CertifyReviews.
